2. What information do we process?
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, telephone number if provided, and your message. A flight enquiry also includes your departure point, destination, travel dates, number of travellers and preferred cabin class.
Do not send passport numbers, payment card details or other sensitive information through these forms. At this stage we do not request the names or documents of other travellers.
3. Why, and on what legal basis?
We use your information to answer your message, assess your enquiry and take steps at your request before a possible agreement. Technical security information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing misuse and keeping the website secure. Your enquiry is not used for a newsletter or advertising profile.
4. Who receives your information?
The forms send your enquiry to Gold Reizen by email. Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to operate and deliver the website and email. The website is hosted by Hostinger. No information is automatically sent to airlines or booking systems. If further disclosure is needed for a proposal you request, this will be discussed with you separately.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to handle your question or enquiry and meet any legal obligations. The website does not store enquiry contents in its own database; submitted messages are handled through email.
The website uses HTTPS, server-side validation and abuse prevention. A hash of your IP address and submission timestamps are processed temporarily to limit requests. This rate-limit information counts for no more than one hour; expired files are removed on a subsequent request. The hosting provider may also maintain its own technical access and security logs.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing. Send requests to info@reizengold.com. We may ask for appropriate additional information to verify your identity; do not send a copy of your identity document without being asked.
You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. This website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

The forms use only an essential session cookie for form security. See our cookie statement for details. External map links open only when clicked; the website does not load embedded maps, external fonts, advertising pixels or analytics tools.
